Customer Review Summary
The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and a friendly, knowledgeable staff. While some dishes were delicious, like the sides and certain appetizers, the steak quality was inconsistent. Several reviews mention issues with specific dishes, including overcooked or poorly seasoned items. The service was noted as friendly overall, although delays and mix-ups occurred during busy times like Valentine’s Day. Certain desserts, such as ice cream and lava cake, were considered disappointing. The restaurant offers a good experience for group dining, but mixed feedback suggests there may be better steak options elsewhere.

The place looks pretty good with a nice bar, however had some smell and not the one you would expect in the restaurant. A special mentioning goes to the staff who were extremely friendly and helpful, as well knowledgeable. We were quiet a large party so got plenty of dishes and different steaks to try. Some of the food was absolutely delicious and they nailed the sides, the stakes were not really up to par. The plates themselves were pretty big, not to mention the sides. If you have room for desert maybe try something other than ice cream or chocolate mousse as they were somewhat disappointing

phenomenal spectacular place! our sever (we didn’t catch her name) but she was the nicest kind and helpful waiter such a sweetheart and actually enjoys working there. the food was amazinggg the steak was so tender. the fire cracker shrimp and calamari was sooo gooddd and all the sides everything! we can here for new year’s eve and they had a little hang out with a DJ and TVs with the countdown and fire music! a little expensive but it was so worth it. everyone was so nice all the staff they made sure the little things mattered 100000% recommend it here 😍😍

We came here on a Wednesday evening. It was pretty empty so no reservations were needed. It was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. The food was amazing! We had the rib eye and seafood fra diavolo. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly and it was the first time in a while that we actually cleared our plates and took home no leftovers. The roasted asparagus was really well done, down to the fact that it was peeled so you wouldn’t get the leftover stringiness. That tells me they are very immaculate with their food prep. The extra charge for steak sauce was strange (you’re in a steakhouse, shouldn’t that just come with the meal??). The sauce tasted like A1 but kicked up a notch. For dessert the creme brulee was so creamy and rich. It was the perfect end to an already perfect meal. It was a pleasant experience and we will definitely be coming back!

My boyfriend and I came here for Valentine’s Day and did not feel the love from Chris Michael’s. Upon arrival we saw a notice that a 20% service fee would be added on to bills only for Valentine’s Day. Once seated we were given bread, butter and water. We ordered two glasses of Merlot (5/10), Charred Octopus (4/10), Seafood Fra Diavalo (5/10), and Braised Beef Short Ribs (4/10). We received the charred octopus as our starter and didn’t receive our entree for an entire hour after. The charred octopus and seafood fra diavalo were way too salty. The beef short ribs came with garlic mash but there was no garlic in that mash. It was also lukewarm and even cold in some parts of the short rib. We were so hungry from the delay that we quickly ate our food and asked for the check to leave. The service was extremely slow but the waiters were all very nice. Usually for a holiday, especially the most romantic one, I would expect an establishment to be well prepared for an influx of guests but this was not the case. We will not be back.

The overall quality of the food was decent. The clams and oysters for appetizers were the best part of the dinner. The filet mignon temperature was a little over cooked, we asked for medium rare. The seasoning was okay. The crab cake was good but over powered by the tartar sauce being underneath it. The lobster tail we ordered was over cooked. The garlic mashed potatoes were very good. The environment was not the best, but not bad enough to leave right away. Our waiter was very professional and knowledgeable. The drinks were okay, the Lychee Martini was not the best, it had too much puree. Overall, okay to go here once in a while but definitely better steakhouses out there.

The service was nice. Great staff and accommodations. Had the filet mignon w “lobster tail” , I was not served lobster .I ordered the mignon medium well, but it was almost charred/tough, but the “lobster tail” was even tougher and the taste was left to be desired. The steak knife was equivalent to a butter knife, so I asked to wrap it up to cut it at home. While paying and tipping my waitress, she asked if I needed to do a split payment. I’m almost sorry that I chose this steak house over Ruth’s Chris because I experienced racism here, but the hazelnut brownie was awesome !

It's been a minute since I've been, but it was good. A medium boneless ribeye with sautéed spinach, hand cut steak fries, and a pitcher of sangria hit the spot. Our server Christian was attentive and on point. Great guys night out.

My friends and I enjoyed a delicious dinner there and everything that I had was delicious. The only downside for our table was 2 things: the firecracker shrimp mentioned a glaze on the shrimp and instead it came drizzled in a mayo-based sauce. Thankfully the manager didn't charge us because it would have gone unbeaten. The second thing was my friend's lava cake. It was over microwaved or something to where the cake started to harden and the sauce congealed. Aside from those 2 things, our waitress was fantastic, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and they let us stay beyond their official closing time so we could enjoy our desserts and digest. When it did come time to leave, the manager politely mentioned that they were getting ready to close up and then he grabbed our coats for us at the coat check. Overall, it was a great experience and I would go back again.
