Had a terrific dinner for 4 on a Friday evening. Did make a reservation which was very easy. Service was excellent and the food was wonderful. I appreciate how they give space between each course. In our case appetizer, soup/salad, popover, and main course. Each comes out and they give you time enough to enjoy but not so long as you feel like you're waiting for the next. Full bar for those who enjoy a cocktail but an atmosphere that kids would feel comfortable in. Well worth the trip or stay at the hotel and enjoy all the amenities. Will definitely return and would also recommend their back room for your next special event.

Great experience here! Justin, our waiter, was exceptional. Timing of food delivery was perfect for appetizers, soup/salad, then entrees. My wine was delicious and I highly recommend the coconut shrimp and shrimp linguine. Try both the cocktail sauce and the orange dip. Both are delicious!

We dined as a party of two, and although the restaurant was practically empty, we were seated at a table so small that the waiter had to place our popovers directly on our plates because the basket wouldn’t fit. Our server, Nathan, was excellent—very attentive and accommodating. However, the food experience was mixed. The popovers were overbaked, and our soups came out before the appetizer, which disrupted the flow. On the plus side, the French onion soup was delicious. For the appetizer, we had the Beef Bites, which were tender and well-seasoned. For our main dishes, I had the coconut shrimp, which were overfried yet somehow not overcooked, and my partner had the walleye. The fish tasted good, but the breading wasn’t crispy. Both dishes came with green beans, which were perfectly crispy but had a scorched flavor. While there were some highlights, there were a few issues that detracted from the overall experience.

What a splendid Easter Brunch and thanks to Alex for the wonderful hospitality I feel he gave us the best table in the entire restaurant. Our server Sandy was spectacular and had the best genuine customer service we’ve experienced in a long time. We will be coming back! The chefs and kitchen staff near the buffet were so amazing! They went in the back and grabbed us the last couple pieces of tuxedo chocolate cakes! Which I was able to stuff it into my stuffed belly it was so good. Happy Easter Axel, very impressed!

My wife and I came for our anniversary... we got there around 8:15 as we had a reservation. We ordered drinks and an appetizer, and we said we wanted to wait a few to order dinner. We had another drink, and then our waiter came back asking if we were ready to order. We both wanted the NY strip $57 per meal, talked about the sides, and asked about the soup. The server came back a few min later... said unfortunately since it's 9:03pm, we are no longer serving our regular menu, you'll have to order off the happy hour menu... 3 mins.... and we obviously placed the order prior to 9 because he was gone a few minutes ... we ended up spending $16 for 4 wings and 2 little sliders..... because we "ordered 3 mins late"

Really good service - attentive and entertaining server. Wonderful patio area (35W is near and loud) with great sunset views. Bull bites were delicious and highly recommend starting your meal with that app. Fish tacos were incredibly flavorful!! So much food - more than enough to share. All in all a great restaurant and exceeds the "hotel restaurant" reputation.

Went expecting good to great and got ok. The restaurant struggled with the little things. While maybe 2/3 full the service was painfully slow. It was a Friday night and we assumed they were understaffed. I ordered a Cabernet to have with my steak. It arrived in a white wine glass. I ordered an end cut of prime rib and it arrived medium rare. The waitress immediately realized her mistake and took it back. 10 minutes later she brought the same plate back with the same piece of prime rib cooked to well done. The potatoes and green beans were cold and soaked in the red juice of the original slice of prime rib. It took what we thought, 15 minutes, to finally get our bill. We were not in a rush and enjoy a leisurely meal. But this was beyond that. On a positive note, the food is tasty despite the lack of attention to detail.

Our wait person for lunch yesterday was amazing! He served us so politely and so cheerfully it was amazing! The popover was a bit overcooked and burnt but the sandwich/salad/soup combo was very good. We especially liked the ham and cheese and jam sandwich. Give Dave a promotion! He's great.
