Texas Roadhouse

Waited one hour for our food! No food is worth such wait!!! Manage it or quit! We didn’t learnt our lesson and tried another take out, which is equally horrible. We find a clear cut in our country fried chicken and that was not by us, and we also find fries that we didn’t order in the brown sauce 😅 I can’t help suspecting whether they just threw some leftovers for takeout meals. I paid 20% tips for this takeout and really deserves the basic respect and attention.

I love Texas Roadhouse therefore this makes me sad to write this. Today was my moms birthday and she picked Texas Roadhouse. It was incredibly busy when we got there. It’s always great food so we understand. We get sat in two different tables near each other which was nice. However we ordered drinks and one table received drinks and bread but the other table didn’t receive theirs. My mom received a coke and was told the syrup ran out and the waitress knew it but would bring her another one soon because they were currently changing it. About 30 minutes went by and she never received her drink or the bread. My mom asked another waitress for assistance with the bread and the drink. Our waitress comes back and tosses the bread onto the table without saying a word and walks off. The table then receives the food and my mom tries her steak and she literally spit it out onto the plate. She said it tasted really awful. She didn’t want to say anything and didn’t want to eat it. When the manager came by and asked if the food was ok I glared at my mom waiting for her to answer. She said the steak tasted funny and the manager said they would remake her one. We waited for 30 minutes for the new steak which she didn’t receive. My mom asked for the manager. The manager came by and said the steak hasn’t come yet? Before my mom could respond she walked off on a mission. She came back over 25 minutes later with a steak to go. My mom already paid for her bill by this point and they didn’t even take the steak off. The manager explained it was a hassle to get them to make a steak again and she had no reason or excuse. My mom was in shock because this is her favorite restaurant. She was in tears and it was her birthday it stinks so many things were a miss today. Side note I took a picture of my steak which was really good but I couldn’t eat anymore once I realized how bad the service was tonight.

Makes it very nice that they offer you the option to join a waitlist online before you arrive. Hubby and I came here for our anniversary, and it was phenomenal!! Absolutely the perfect meal! Tried the fall off the bone ribs, and they were incredible! The flavor was impeccable and literally just fell off the bone! Definitely my favorite part of the meal, if I had to choose. Loaded sweet potato was like a mini sweet potato casserole 👌🏻 Yummy! The cactus bloom is fabulous! Smothered chicken and porterhouse steak were delectable! You just can not beat the flavor they put into their food! Service was perfect 👌🏻 The atmosphere is upbeat and fun! Definitely recommend and will most definitely return!!! Should've taken pics at the beginning of the meal, but with one taste, I just couldn't resist! So these are what we had leftover. Lunch tomorrow will be as fabulous as dinner was tonight 😋

Receive pre eaten rolls in my to go order on Valentine’s Day and my Salmon meal also had pre eaten bread inside. It was very disgusting and I probably won’t return. I don’t know what happened but I’m grossed out !!!

I hate to say I’ll hesitate to bring my family back here even though it’s one of our kids favorite spots. We went last night before going bowling. It took more than an hour for us to receive our food. As you can imagine, with 3 kids including a toddler at the table it did not go well. Finally my husband asked what was going on since we had seen several tables come, get served, and go in our time there. We were told there was some issue with the tablets and the manager would come over. When she did, we were given a half hearted apology and a coupon for one free appetizer with purchase of an adult entree… for use next time we visit the restaurant. We understand problems happen and our waiter was nice about the wait, but the way the manager handled it felt like a slap in the face. It was clear they did not care at all for the time they wasted. As a result we were unable to go bowling because we ran out of time sitting at the table so long and it was our toddlers bedtime. It would have been nice to have been offered, at the least, a free entree or discounted bill. It feels as though a restaurant who cares would have offered something along those lines.

You truly made this evening of celebration absolutely spectacular for our family of three our son is 15 years old and had his principal call and then follow up with a email in regards to how truly amazing he is doing how proud his school is of him and all that he is accomplishing and to make sure that the call was made she his principal said she is getting the opportunity to make a good call home a positive call to parents and so we absolutely had to let him have his choice of a place for dinner He decided to have dinner at Texas Roadhouse and I am so glad he did everything was perfect he put us on the waitlist at home it said your table will be ready in 10-20 minutes so we got up and drive over parked and had the notification our table was ready we were promptly seated with hot delicious rolls placed on the table which was walked to the table with us and greeted immediately by RUDY also let me add this the entire restaurant was packed every table had people seated the restaurant was full but it didn’t matter we felt like the only table there Rudy took our drink request we let him know we would be ordering two steaks from the case upfront and he then insisted that my son and has dad go pick them immediately and directly in front of him to ensure my son and his dad got the steaks they were eyeing then informed us that each order of a steak from the case will get you a free fried pickles order or a blooming onion appetizer we placed our order and I got up to use the restroom when I came back to the table our drinks were already being refilled and our two appetizers were there hot and absolutely delicious everything was so so good already and so now our expectations were running high it’s hard to find quality food service and experience in your first 15 minutes of being somewhere and we were totally feeling the love our food came out and it was beyond perfect our steaks were cooked to perfection my ribs were so so good our Mac and cheese were the only thing we had to have corrected the two sides came out without the bacon on them and RUDY immediately had them remade with extra bacon and extra cheese it truly made us feel so valuable and heard as a customer that I knew this was the best choice my son could have made for a place to celebrate his accomplishments Huge thank you to the entire team and especially RUDY YOUR SERVICE WAS PERFECT!!!
