Customer Review Summary
The reviews for Cyprus Grille are mixed. One reviewer had a negative experience with the fajitas, citing cold and poorly cooked ingredients, and criticized the overall quality of the sides and presentation. However, service received high praise, with multiple mentions of attentive and friendly staff, particularly Michelle and Eddie. Most customers enjoyed their food, particularly the chicken quesadilla, salmon, and halibut, with some noting that the atmosphere felt lacking. There were suggestions to improve the food's flavor combinations, especially regarding the pizza's balsamic dressing. Overall, while service was often highlighted as exceptional, the food quality varied significantly among different dishes.

The worst fajita’s I’ve have ever had. Cold beef, stringy , can’t say how many times I had to pull gristle out of mouth. Peppers were cold and actually I don’t think grazed a pan. Onions had been cooked at some point but cold. All cold. Tortillas served same plate but were kind of dry and crusty from sitting on a plate all day. All side things, salsa blah, sour cream..tangy :(.. guacamole and salsa dull brought on same plate in plastic containers, . Chef does not care at this restaurant, apparently management doesn’t either not sure how that happens. Service was great.

Michelle is wonderful! I was hungry but didn't want anything heavy. She offered some great selections and I had the chicken quesadillia. Food was great and her attention to customers was above and beyond. My stay here has been comfortable and relaxing because of people like Michelle. Thank you Michelle

Eddie met me as I walked into the bar area. He took good care of me and provided exceptional service. The food arrived promptly and the bourbon was smooth. Great conversationalist. Always checked on his customers. He didn't do a fly by, he stopped and asked each customer how they were doing was glad they made it safely here. Very professional and polite person taking care of this tired traveler

For a hotel bar and restaurant this is above par. The happy hour is great. Service was prompt and attentive. The halibut was very good and tasty. I would recommend the Cyprus Grille.

The balsamic dressing on the pizza gave it an odd taste. I think it would've been good without it. The sweet potato fries were delicious tho.

Stayed at the embassy, the room is clean and quiet, front desk was professional and easy to work with. Grabbed a drink and dinner at the Cypress Grille. Shay was an awesome bartender, the drinks were perfect and the meals were on point. I ordered the salmon and it was exquisite. I definitely recommend, and next time I'm in the area I'll be staying again.

Salmon was truly amazing! Perfect blend of sweet and savory flavors and fish was cooked just right!

Sad. Small portions, not well put together, not attentive service. Atmosphere: dead. It really was the only option at that hour and it did fuel us. We didn’t get sick, so a 2nd star for that. But gosh they could make an effort…. Down to menus, printed on a piece of paper.
