Outback Steakhouse

It was our first time at an Outback Steakhouse. I was craving a burger for days and was extremely excited for this dinner date. The location and the restaurant itself are great, big and clean parking area. The staff was wonderful, service was fast and welcoming. The only problem we had was the food. While it looked awesome and super appetizing, the taste didn’t live up to it. Both our meals were salty enough to overshadow the entire beef flavor. Sadly that made my burger and my husbands steak dip pretty hard to enjoy. Our neighboring table also talked about the food being very salty. The bread and the sauces were amazing tho! Another plus point I want to add: I’m pregnant and I asked for the burger to be medium cooked and they did a great job. It was on spot, still juicy and not dry at all. I really hope you guys can figure something out about this, because I can see a lot of potential in the menu. Maybe it was just a one time thing and we got unlucky that day. But as for how we got the food today it unfortunately wasn’t very good.

No one asked us during the meal if we ever wanted drink refills @ all. Other than bringing our checks. I really don't want a lot of attention, but one offer would have been nice, I could have used one. I don't feel we should flag someone for it, tho. Just to check in, once to see if all is good or if in need of anything. Food was perfect!! Nice staff with notable smiles.

I am not sure you read the entire review. Surely you did not. Your customer service at this visit was not professional. Food is great . 2nd time visiting. First young lady that brought the food out was very pleasant and people oriented. The second visit the young lady seemed to care less that she was bringing the food out or to mention thank you or you're welcome or anything for that matter. She received a $5 tip just to bring food out. She by no means deserved that. Maybe just needs to be retrained with customer service . Also I could not figure out how to do the rewards and she did not offer to make sure I got it.

My wife and I had ate here on our wedding day 4yrs ago during COVID restrictions. We decided to go on our later date 4yr anniversary today and omg the whole visit was exceptional. It was all teamwork from the time we walked in til the time we walked out. I hope the kind message I left on our receipt brings joy to that whole team. 😊😊The employees were all very kind and considerate making sure all was well, the food was even better than our last visit(hats off to the chef), the atmosphere was relaxing and we were able to enjoy ourselves with other people right next to us. I would go here everyday if I could afford it but for those special occasions will definitely be back right there.

I ordered the Outback Prime Rib and am not impressed. It ranged from 2½ inches to ¾ inch thick and, as such, was nowhere in the neighborhood of Medium Rare; more along the lines of Medium Well! The seasoning was very good, but the lack of marbling made it the toughest meat I've had at a "Steak" restaurant in a long time! Our server, Matt, was very good at his job!

I ordered the steak salad cooked medium rare with a loaded baked potato and the steak was probably cooked and the salad was delicious and so was the baked potato. Bread was served with dinner along with softened butter. It was delicious. My husband had sirloin steak and baked potato. No sauce was needed. It was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of spices. The atmosphere was nice with dimly lit restaurant with private enough booths and tables.

My fiancé & I arrived at 5:25pm and left at 7:40pm last night for dinner here. We will NOT be back! We understood the 30 minute wait so that wasn’t a problem at all. Our waiter’s customer service skills sucked. She arrived 20 minutes at our table after being seating by the hostess, UNACCEPTABLE! Then brought our drinks back another 20 minutes. We ordered 2 sweet teas which wasn’t sweet at all. After getting our drinks we waited another 20-25 just for her to finally take our order, RIDICULOUS! As we were waiting for our food some guy (a guest) decided to stand in our bubble & talk amongst his friends or family (we were seated by the doors.) Our food finally arrived & the guy was still standing there the entire time, his behind & all standing in our bubble. It was very rude and obnoxious! We couldn’t even enjoy our meal or conversation because of all of this. The food was awful & distasteful. It was very greasy and not edible at all. Overall, our experience was terrible & we won’t be back!
