Mayflower Seafood Restaurant

I was so surprised by the amount of food in the two family packs that I purchased!!! I've ordered here and the one in Rural Hall Multiple times but tonight Peter's Creek location came all the way through!! 8 Gigantic Pans with a full 3lbs of Shrimp and white fish!! A Gigantic pan of Hush Puppies, Fries and Baked Potatoes!! All of the condiments (I low key couldn't find thy butter and sour cream but they gave me so much of what I asked for). All is forgiven, as I'm grateful for the portion sizes!! In all my days of ordering family meals - I've never gotten this much food.... maybe it's the almost 3M views that moved them.... either way I'm very pleased! Everything was hot and fresh! They get all of the stars for the week!!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 That's just 5 of the pans in the picture but there are more!!!

I was pleasantly surprised that I could get grilled salmon here since it is mostly known for fried seafood. It was decent yet you could tell them don't get that request often. It came with a side salad that was huge and quite tasty. The hush puppy rings are always good and the green beans were seasoned nicely. I'd come back yet I'd get something fried next time.

I wish I had remembered to take a picture! The Alaskan white fish and popcorn shrimp were fried just right and delicious. The hush puppy rings were good also. By the time I made it to my fries they had gotten cold but that’s on me. I was so full I couldn’t fit anymore in anyway lol ;-) Shante was the delightful person her took our order and waited on us and made sure we always had whatever we needed. Mayflower (Winston-Salem) has always even my favorite for seafood and will continue to be. Thank you so much for being here!

Hadn't been there in years because of the soaring prices. Boy, were we really surprised! Our server was awesome and took great care of us. Thank you, MC

We went on Easter Sunday got seated almost instantly , our waitress really wasn’t attentive about the drinks . My husband and I both got the baby flounder and shrimp with a loaded baked potato and he also got a side of Mac and cheese ( was NOT good and do not recommend , he took one bite ) the hush puppies were my favorite , super fresh and crispy . The only bad thing that took me by surprised was that they don’t have fresh lemons , only lemon juice which is not the same .

Just a wonderful experience all the way around was greeted properly and the service was fast didn't have any problems with my orders the food tasted great just loved it I will be back there again me and my family

Even though 5 stars for the food but I'm have to call Mayflower out on the tarter sauce.. 😝 doesn't compliment the good fried fish and shrimp... please work on the recipe... less sweet more zangy tangy more onion for one....
