Prime 94 SteakHouse and Grill

I started my birthday off here and im glad i did. First time here and i can't wait to return. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Came for happy hour and i enjoyed everything. Our waiter i believe his name was John and he had great recommendations. The Moscow mule is so tasty. They have different flavor margaritas and the blueberry one was my favorite. The food was delicious and presentation was pleasing. The calamari was made just right, the filet minon burger was fulfilling. The philly egg rolls was paired with a great sauce. This place is family/ children friendly. Everything was great and i can't wait to return.

I recently dined at Prime94, and it was an outstanding experience. The steak was absolutely the best I’ve had this year—perfectly dry-aged, incredibly tender, and truly melted in my mouth. The smoky aroma from the grill added a delightful touch to each bite. The bread served alongside was equally impressive—fresh, warm, and the perfect complement to the meal. I also tried the raw bar sampler, which included oysters and clams. The tuna tater was a bit different from my expectations, featuring cubed tuna with soy sauce, which was unique but enjoyable. To round off the meal, the chopped salad was refreshing and light, a nice balance to the richness of the steak. Overall, Prime94 delivers an exceptional dining experience with top-notch food. I can’t recommend it enough for steak lovers!

This place is very good. While it can have a larger bill than other places I think prices are fair, the food is delicious, drinks were made very well and the service was prompt and polite. We ordered the Spanish seasoned Octopus as an appetizer, as well as the crab and clam chowder soup. For an Entree we got the Tomahawk steak. The Octopus came with a side salad which was seasoned perfectly and the Octopus itself was very well cooked. The soup as well was delicious. It came out at the perfect temperature, had proper thickness and no flavors were too strong/weak. The Tomahawk Steak, again, cooked to perfection for our preference and had a great visual appearance. If I had any complaints for this, I would say there wasnt any unique flavor. The only seasoning we could taste was a bit of salt. This said, this is normal because the flavor of the meat is the focus but when I think about other pricey steaks I've had there was a bit of extra flavor to it, or maybe a steak house custom sauce to try it with.

I think the marbling was a bit uneven on this one. It was still really juicy and tender and delicious but most of it was bone! Bone was about 20inches long. I think next time I come back I will stick to regular boneless ribeye. Cheaper and just as good quality if not better. My picture is not a good angle to justify the bone but you can compare the sides plate to the entree.

Dessert was the vanilla bean creme brulee and an espresso. Everything was fantastic with the star being that cowboy cut rib chop with its buttery flavor and perfect amount of char, while everything else complementing it nicely. If you haven't yet tried Prime 94, you're missing out!
