The customer service was good now we did get food set on our table before we even got our silverware and That was kind of annoying. but our net waiter was very nice. I had the chop steak which I really didn’t care for. I didn’t even finish it. I didn’t like the taste of the gravy that’s on top of it but my mom loves the chop steak here. that’s the only reason why I tried it, but I wouldn’t get it again. The baked potato was good. I don’t know. I just wasn’t impressed by this visit, but it could be because I’m a cook. lol I would still say it’s a decent place to go dine in at. of course the bread was fresh and good. I didn’t care for the Caesar salad dressing.

I dined alone at this LongHorn location and had a great experience! The food was absolutely delicious and came out in a fair amount of time. Their new dragon fruit margarita was also amazing! While I did rate service 4 stars since my server was also the bartender and couldn’t attend to my table as much as I’d hoped, she was still very polite, and they may have been short-staffed. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and the overall atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

Alright, so lets start off by saying I came In at 9pm an instantly walking in it was packed with the people waiting, an tables fully dirty an no one really wanting to clean them off to accommodate So we asked if we could sit at one of the tables near the bar. We were told yes given menus a when we turned the corner our table was dirty she instructed us to sit. Decided to still wait. It was 7mins before anyone greeted us an at this time it was already 9:23 so it was quite some time just to be sat an greeted. But once we stopped someone he said he would be our waiter his name was Timothy. He was polite and so far very attentive once he got us our waters. But once still sitting I notice more tables still dirty and people still waiting to the side. None of the servers on 03/09/2025 looked happy or even interested to serve anyone else. 9:32 sitting almost 30 mins since being here still no bread but I know it’s not our servers fault On that part. Overall with the food it was delicious my Parmesan crusted chicken was great an my Mac a cheese a the dragon fruit margarita. For my first time ever at a longhorn I was disappointed with the overall look, feel an establishment. Tables say dirty from the time we walked in til the time we left almost two hours

Grade A trash the GM is…..I’ll save that for another post. The staff is undertrained. The restaurant always smells like piss and a locker room full of dirty socks. The food is subpar. Eat there if you dare They have roaches and mice.

I took my dad to this location for Father's Day lunch. Taylor was our waitress, and she did a great job for how busy it was. She was attentive to all her tables and really working the floor. We had the spinach dip for an appetizer, which was good, and I love that it was paired with toasted pita bread pieces. I had the chopped steak with broccoli and mushrooms and a side of rice, and my dad had the salmon and grilled shrimp with rice and broccoli. Both meals came with a side salad, but they forgot to bring them out, so we just got them to go. Overall everything was great the food was hot and fresh, we really enjoyed it.

The food was excellent. My steak was cooked to perfection, medium just like I like it. My broccoli was delicious. The waiters were stretched out, it was a nice crowd. I will definitely go back just because the food was so good NOT because of the service.

After a long day of fishing my fishing buddy and I decided to go to longhorns for dinner which has become tradition. After being seated our server took or order and we waited for our food. The food came out in a decent time so there were no complaints there. Although while enjoying my salad my fishing buddy noticed very long strands of her in his food luckily before he indulged, however I had already began eating. We notified our server promptly and she apologized and informed us that the manager would be by our table. 10 minutes later after not seeing a manager we grabbed our servers attention again and inquired about the whereabouts of the manager. She stated that she took the salads off as if that was a remedy but after seeing those long strands come out of the food it was hard to have confidence in the kitchen and whatever food they were sending out. Maybe 15-20 minutes later the manager came to our table with very poor customer service and behaved as if we were in the wrong for feeling repulsed. She ask us "what do you want me to do" instead of managing the situation for regulars who have spent hundreds with this location in the last 6 months and maybe a thousand or two this year. She eventually rectified the situation but with the poor quality customer service the damage was already done. I'm not sure if we will return due to the hair and the customer service leaving a very bad taste in our mouths. Hopefully we can find somewhere to eat that values their customers. Very unfortunate.
