Ikura Sushi & Hibachi is highly praised for its fresh and delicious sushi, with some calling it the best in town. Wow, this might be the best sushi in town! Not only was it fresh and delicious but the sushi chef is a true artist. The attention to detail, even separating the ginger and wasabi with a radish. Very impressive. Naruto is my favorite roll... Most places don't do it at all and the ones that do only do salmon or tuna not 5 proteins. The krab Rangoon was some of the best I've ever had, very light and crispy they seemed hand rolled and they were stuffed with filling. Everything down to the bubble tea was amazing. Super impressed to say the least

This is my favorite sushi place. I love the 3 roll special for lunch. I always get two of the crazy rolls and 1 Philadelphia roll. I'm not a fan of miso soup, so I get onion and the salad. One thing I love is you can get hibachi food without the cost for the show. Their fried rice with yum yum sauce is my favorite. If you are in Port St Lucie and are looking for a quaint spot, this is it.

Most definitely the best Sushi in Town! Will be bringing the whole family next time around! Everything from the chicken fried rice to the Philadelphia Rolls were absolutely exquisite! My hibachi steak was cooked to perfection and the flavor was not overwhelming at all.

Started off a tad sceptical, I've heard multiple times that the food equals if not BEATS BENNI*@****. It was phenomenal and it blew my expectations out of the water! The only gripe I have is the lingering grease trap odor emanating inside!.. I would highly recommend Ikura!

Delicious! Prices are fair, clean establishment and super friendly staff. We happened upon it while out the other day and found it had just opened the day before. The service was fast and the food was really very good, especially the noodle dish my husband got was so yummy. Definitely going to come back to sample more sushi and other dishes. We finished with Mochi for dessert and that was also amazing. Definitely would reccomend! Great little local place for good sushi, hibachi, and Japanese fare. Love! Only problem I have is that it's so close to my house, my wallet's gunna suffer!

This restaurant is an inconspicuous gem tucked between a laundromat and a check cashing business at the far end of a Publix shopping center. The place was clean and nicely decorated in an Asian fusion style. The fish was fresh and beautifully presented, my compliments to the chef, and the wait staff were pleasantly attentive. Will definitely make a point to visit this restaurant whenever we are in town.
