Shocking how good the Ribeye was. They have Angry Orchard on tap and the staff is second to none. They had allot to do yet made me feel I was the only one there. Taylor is amazing she’s doing three jobs at once and yet nothing was wrong, when I needed her she was there. I’d hire her in a heartbeat. Must come here for lunch or dinner. This one gets it right.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Miller’s Ale House for over 10 years. I love the menu and have always had great experiences! But my first visit to the Pembroke Pines location was a total disappointment. To begin with, I was surprised they didn’t have an outdoor terrace or smoking area, but I decided to stay because of the trust I have in the brand. The food was fine, no complaints there, but the service was another story. Yesterday was Election Day in the U.S., and the restaurant was almost empty. I politely asked the server if it was possible to adjust one of the TVs to follow the election coverage, and she referred the request to someone who seemed to be the manager. And here’s the infuriating part: this person, without even introducing himself or showing an ounce of courtesy, curtly told us they couldn’t show “politics or religion.” There was no “sorry,” no polite explanation—nothing. We felt censored and, honestly, mistreated. I understand there may be company policies, but the way this was handled was unacceptable! What kind of customer service is this? A manager should know how to read situations and treat loyal customers with respect. I did not expect such a disappointing experience from Miller’s Ale House. Please, improve the attitude of your staff toward customers!

My Husband and I love this restaurant for their lovely tender Zingers. We also brought along our Cousins to enjoy the experience. Many thanks to Justin and Eric for their amazing top notch service!

Drinks were okay. Zinger mountain melts are always my go-to! Had the wings Wednesday for their special that day, and I did not like them. Seemed a pic of everything. A bit under cooked, a bit under seasoned.

I had a delightful experience at Miller's Ale House! The fried calamari was a perfect start – crispy and flavorful. The chicken nachos were a delightful follow-up, satisfyingly good. The real star, though, was the French dip and loaded fries; they were absolutely delicious, making my visit memorable. The combination of flavors and quality of the dishes exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff and a lively atmosphere added to the overall positive dining experience. Highly recommend!

Another update, as of 2/17/24. Millers Ale House never contacted me despite sending an email. Guess they don't care!!!! UPDATE AS OF 2/14/24, STILL NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE WITH THE EMAIL THAT I SENT ON 2/10/24. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT 2/12/24, I sent an email on 2/10/24, still haven't heard back. To the email that was provided. If I could give a zero I would. Ordered 3 6 oz medium rare filet , waitress came came back and said they don't have 6oz on 8oz. Said fine, but charge us for 6oz sice you dont have it. All the steaks came out well done. We ordered all 3 medium rare....(pink) Manager says I'll take off the appetizer, its 12.00 off. I said no take off the steaks. Were not eating them. Salad had no dressing, appetizer chicken nachos came out dry. Only took off 2 steaks. Didn't even enjoy our meal. Manager never offered to make us new ones, or offer different food. Waste of money and still paid. Manager was only interested in giving us free dessert. Never again will I go back to this location. We used to go every weekend. Ruined our lunch and went somewhere else to eat.

I called in to place my order, and he told me I couldn’t add egg to my Caesar salad. Something I do every time. Then I get in to pick up my order and the to go girl was so amazing. But I ordered mount st Helen on the side for my wings and zingers and I didn’t get any sauce. My wings were so dry and I had to eat with my hands due to not getting any plasticware to eat with. Disappointed this visit considering I couldn’t wait to get off work and go to ale house. Smh
