Amazing experience! The atmosphere was beautiful, I would definitely recommend going to the balcony to enjoy the view, and watching the chef and the staff cook right before your eyes is a memorable experience! And our server was amazing, kind, sweet, always checking in, and consistently filling our waters, and making sure we had a memorable time. The way they prepared the New York strip was beautiful, the fat was cooked perfectly melted like crispy butter on your tongue, seasoned to perfection throughout the dish, definitely the best New York strip I’ve ever had! And the filet mignon was amazing, tender throughout, big and chewy, seasoned lightly to highlight the texture and the smoky flavor of the oak wood, pared with the brown butter sauce made it, perfect, definitely an amazing experience. My only note is, I wish the meat was a bit warmer when it was served, other than that it was all amazing!

The food quality was excellent overall, but my $95 steak was not at the right temperature, which was disappointing. It was flavorful but arrived cold, and I personally hate cold food. That’s the main reason for my 4-star rating. However, the potatoes were excellent, the octopus was great, and the pork belly was outstanding. The atmosphere and service were both top-notch. If the steak had been served correctly, this would have been an easy 5-star experience.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed dining here. The staff was very attentive and the food was fantastic. They have a nice terrace to watch the Disney fireworks from, even if you are dining inside you can step out. I would love to comeback the next time my wallet permits me! haha.

This is one of the top dining experiences I have ever had and we will 100% be back soon. You pay for quality, and that’s what you get here. Food was perfection! Drinks were on point. Jared was a fantastic waiter and dealt with all of our shenanigans. The chef came and chatted with us at the end of the night. Extremely nice guy with a clearly bright future. Can’t wait to be back. Get the filet, you won’t be disappointed.

I give it a 5 star, but I don’t think it’s worth a Michelin star. Some dishes definitely needed some work, as well as the service. The appetizers, the pork belly and the tomato salad were good, my least favorite were the potatoes, but they were good too! The lamb was too gamy. For the sides, the broccolini was hard with no flavor. Mashed potatoes were good, but definitely not shareable.

I was initially skeptical after reading mixed reviews, but I'm so glad we decided to give Capa a try! Our waiter, Gamaliel, crafted an amazing experience for us with seven courses, and each dish was fantastic and perfectly portioned for sharing between me and my daughter. We ordered ATUN CRUDO, PAN CON TOMATE with JAMÓN DE BELLOTA, TOMATE, GAMBAS, CERDO, PULPO, PATATAS BRAVAS, and BACALAO A LA VIZCAINA. Everything was delicious, though I might suggest replacing the last dish with another option, as the black cod, while very well-cooked, didn’t quite match the others. To cap off the experience, the dessert was incredible! Both the PASTEL DE ALMENDRAS Y ACEITE DE OLIVA and DELICIA EXOTICA deserve more than just one Michelin star—better than some desserts from 3 Michelin star restaurants I’ve tried. The SPA DAY drink paired perfectly with our dinner. Overall, a wonderful dining experience at Capa—I highly recommend it!

We were recommended by a colleague to try dinner at Capa at the Four Seasons, and it completely exceeded our expectations. Our server, Gama, was outstanding — attentive, friendly, and offered excellent recommendations. Truly a 10/10 experience! The food was phenomenal. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the dessert was incredible. The churros are unlike any others — they’re a must-order. I had such a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning. I’ve already started recommending Capa to my friends and family. If you haven’t been, it’s a must-try — you won’t regret it!

What can I say about this experience! The restaurant called and asked to move up our reservation a day due to a maintenence issue- no big deal - life happens! My wife and I are not those kind of people. We got to enjoy the fireworks for both Epcot and Magic Kingdom, the staff was fantastic and our meals were excellent. I opted for the roast chicken just to try something different and my wife had a NY Strip. We shared a little of each with eachother and they were incredible. We had a couple of appetizers - all were delicious - but the bone marrow is a must. The restaurant was kind enough to comp an app due to the inconvenience and a desert as well since we finally took our honeymoon. Orlando is not a frequent for us - but this experience could bring us back!
