Customer Review Summary
BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse has a warm ambience, suitable for socializing with friends. The food is generally tasty, particularly the Pizookie, while some dishes like the prime steak can be inconsistent. Service varies: most reviewers noted friendly and prompt servers, with a few mentioning long waits when their assigned server was absent. Cocktails like the Long Island Iced Tea and mojitos received praise, although some drinks were initially poorly executed. The restaurant is recommended for dine-in over takeout, as certain items fare better when eaten on-site. Overall, experiences seem to be influenced heavily by service quality and specific menu items, leading to mixed but generally positive feedback.

Very warm ambience and apt for a catch up with friends. The food is tasty. I loved the long island iced tea cocktail. Our server was very friendly. We ordered two mojitos with lite ice. But to fill up the glass extra lemonade was added that made it too sour. But our server replaced it promptly with a new one that was really good and didn't charge for the items at all in the bill to make up for it. It was really a good experience for us that he addressed it promptly and professionally.

We had the most amazing experience at the Beer Dinner on March 3! The host Johnny was phenomenal! He made the event run so smooth. He was very personable. The servers were all so nice and never made it seem like ‘a job’ they all had smile on their faces and really made it a great night. Carla came over and talked to us and made us smile so big with a funny story. The food and beer pairings were phenomenal!!! Thank you BJ’s!!

Food is decent but really heavy, service is decent. I’d never come here on my own and only come with friends. Pizookie (cookie pizza with ice cream) is a must and generally what they’re known for. Prime steak Sunday can be hit or miss. I liked the sides more than the steak. The food is ok.

The food is great, the Pizookie is to die for, great beer selection. The server could come to my table more frequently, so they could keep my fountain drink full more often and bring me sauces for my meal.

Pre-ordered pick up order through the app, baby back pork ribs, boneless wings, deep dish pizza, deep dish nachos, seared ahi salad, calamaris and fried couscous mac and cheese balls. Pick up is easy, just waited 10 minutes. And the staff is very friendly as usual. Ahi salad is tasty, boneless wings are salty and heavily battered, the couscous mac and cheese balls is a disaster, they all smashed inside the little box, definitely not the ball shape. And ordering the deep dish nachos to-go was not a good idea, they are all glued together and soggy too, it’s better to dine in with this item. I think it’ll be better to dine in rather than ordering take out.

Bjs is always a classic place to eat! We came here for happy hour. We ordered the potstickers (not pictured cause I was starving and devoured them), the wedge salad and the buffalo mini pizza which was on happy hour. Happy hour is 3pm-7pm and they have great options. More than the food, Crystal, our server, was fantastic! She had a fun attitude and was prompt on serving us. We really appreciate that! If we come back to town we will definitely come back to this location. It’s clean and has a good vibe.

Food here is fine but service is pretty bad. We had 45 mins interval each from appetizer to main course and main course to dessert because no one was attending our table when the assigned waiter went on break without informing us.

Isabelle was the highlight of our visit the other night. She was prompt to greet us and gave us great service the whole time we were there. The kitchen held up their end too. The food came out timely and everything was done well. We were so impressed by Isabelle, we asked her to send the manager to our table so we could have a word with them. That server deserves to be recognized.
