We have celebrated my son’s birthday here and I have been overwhelmed and overjoyed by the quality of this restaurant!!! 7 stars!!! The food is so fresh and delicious and the servers have been so nice and friendly!!! In eight years of US I can tell by far this is the best restaurant I have been to with best service and atmosphere!! I will return here with joy and I congratulate the owner for such an outstanding team, service and delicious dinner!! I strongly recommend this place if you want to have the best dinning experience of your life!!!!

We had an exceptionally underwhelming experience for a Saturday dinner. While the long wait time was understandable, the slow rate of meat being served and constant need to ask the waiter to bring more meat over became tiresome and exhausting. We were the first table to be seated on the patio outside (3 more tables arrived after us), and we had to wait very long to catch the waiter and ask him to bring the people serving meat to come over to us. We frequently had to wait 5 minutes between being served one or two pieces/slices of meat, which meant the pace of the meal was very slow and overall not very enjoyable. The meat itself was decent but frankly nothing to write home about. We liked the sirloin and lamb chops, but the latter (plus everything else) was unbelievably salty. Ironically, the self-serve bread and lobster bisque was more enjoyable than some of the meat served. For $68 I'm not here to eat bread and drink soup that's worse than what I can get from Costco for way less. The lackluster food and lethargic service mean that we will more than likely not comeback for the food. Even if the "VIP card" priced at $69 means that I can get half off for 12 meals, I still struggle to find this kind of dining experience worth even half of the $68 asking price ($143 for 2 people after taxes, before tips).

The caliber of this restaurant compared to other Brazilian steakhouses is exceptional. The customer service was outstanding—our waiter was incredibly helpful, and everyone serving the meat was equally amazing.

This was my first time here with my husband and it exceeded our expectations. My husband made reservations for 6:45 we got there a little early and they sat us almost immediately. All the staff were on point and attentive. If it's your first time, they go over how it works and they are very knowledgeable about the different kinds of meats. The meats were delicious and flavorful. We were concerned about our seating because we were seated towards the back in the corner, but the meat guys made sure to come our table. If there was something I didn't want to eat, they asked if there was something they could go find me. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a unique experience. It's definitely worth the money for all you can eat steak.

Made a reservation at 7:15. Arrived on time and was told by hostess it would be about 15 minutes. (Why make a reservation in the first place?? Maybe they overbooked??) 7:45, no table, told we would be the second ones next.... (about three people went before us.) When we finally got seated, we were placed in the back, behind a pillar, farthest away from the salad bar. By the time some of the meat servers got to us, most of the meat on the skewer was nearly gone, IF they even made it to our section. (Most of the time the meat servers would have empty skewers and scurry back)Just an odd experience. Definitely would've been better to be seated up close near the kitchen, otherwise if you're in the back, good luck on getting your money's worth. Also Is there no limit on how many each customer could take from the meat skewer as well? I saw one gentleman at the next table to us get the last 4 pieces of sirloin (it was just me and my partner so we could've had 2..) food was decent by the time it got to us so 🤷🏽♀️

This place is an absolute gem! We have been here once before and regret going anywhere else for Brazilian Churrasco. Don't waste your money anywhere else and make the trip to Irvine. We actually got here a little early for our 5pm reservation. The door was slightly open and they let us in and offered us the bar to sit at while we waited. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE greeted us and just overall the welcome was exactly what I expected. Warm, Welcoming, and Inviting. The whole area was clean as it was already set for dinner service. I'm going to jump into the drinks first since we hit the bar first: The Bartender Laura was amazing. Contributing to the welcoming vibe. She went straight into a welcome and then went over the drink menu with us. She gave recommendations and they were wonderful. Her technique was great as well when it came to making the drinks. DRINKS: Caipirinha - Traditional Lime Essentially this is a Mojito without the mint. This was delicious and standard for the drink itself. I got exactly what I expected. Caipirinha - Passion Fruit The Passion Fruit was actually not super sweet. It was a Caipirinha with a passion fruit puree. Built perfectly to allow all of the flavors to come together nicely DINING EXPERIENCE: Lupe was our server. We told her we had been here only once before and she explained how everything worked and also a little history. I think these things just help show the pride of the people working and it was not a long intro as it only took about 20-30 seconds. I want to point out that when she came by to fill our water cups she actually had a napkin to prevent any oversplash from getting on the table or our other drinks (pictured). This was amazing and a great idea! One of the Gauchos Stefhan (people who walk around the meat) remembered my wife liked more well done meats and said he would be back for her and he ACTUALLY DID haha. The Gauchos overall are very attentive, they always have a nice vibrant energy and really engage with you even if just for the few moments of serving the food. It is hard to spend time on all the neats but overall the meats are not overly salted, they are juicy and amazing. We went to another place in Beverly Hills which I will not name but I gave feedback that that is just the flavor of it, well this place proves that wrong a million times over. OPPORTUNITIES: Parmesan Pork: Overly salty, I assume from the cheese itself and it was on the dryer side. Full Table Reset: They bussed the table next to us but missed the seats and the floor. There were some crumbs left on the chair as well as some minimal food debris on the floor from when the previous people dropped their knife earlier. Overall I believe the numerous things that made this experience amazing outweigh the little details that were missed. 100% I would recommend it and we will definitely be back.

Great food and service at the Brazilian steakhouse in Irvine,CA. Tried all kinds of flame-grilled meat brought to our table, including Brazilian sausage, sirloin, flank steak, filet mignon, garlic pork, grilled chicken, and lamb rack were seasoned well, juicy, and delicious. The buffet salad bar (included with dinner) has a wide variety of selection and includes lobster bisque soup. Fried banana, mashed potatoes, French fries, and Brazilian cheese balls ( bread) were also brought to our table. Dessert and drinks were not included. Note: We used several discounted gift cards purchased from Costco and Sam’s club for the dinner. Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be used for the tip.
