This is a steak (gourmet) fast food place inside the Rodeo 39 marketplace/food court in Stanton, on Beach blvd., near the intersection with the 22. It serves steaks, steak sandwiches, and burgers. Time to get your food is about 15 minutes. You can walk around Rodeo 39 while waiting, as they'll send you a text message when the food is ready. We had the steak sandwich and the butcher's burger. Combos with fries and a drink are also available. Both burger and steak sandwich were delicious. The meat was tender, juicy, and flavorful. The sauces were tasty without being too noticeable and killing the meat's flavor. Both were garnished with arugula, which adds a bit of freshness that's always appreciated. It's a solid 4.5 stars. The food is definitely 5 stars, especially considering the moderate prices.

In a food market place this place is one of the best burgers in the Huntington Beach, Stanton, Westminster, garden grove areas. Beef patties are top notch and cooked to perfection. Grilled broccolini . Truffle butter. Smoked Gouda. More people have to know about this spot. If you love a good gourmet burger. Come here! Let your friends know.

They use Harris Ranch beef for their steaks which is a very high quality of meat from central California. They use butter/seasoned for their steaks (I ask for it on the side!) The side dishes I tried are very good and it tastes like they use butter to make their carrots and mashed potatoes. The fries are nice and crispy. Classic smash burger is very tasty so is the Picanha. To go only, they have couple of high chairs on the side of the store or you go and find a table in the food court.

First time here and ordered two smash burgers for $10 plus the combo (fries and drink) for $5.50. Angus beef with cheese, pickles, sauce on a potato bun was actually quite good. InNOut is in same shopping center and felt the 2 for $10 angus beef was a better option. I wasn’t blown away, but satisfied for the price.

The place is inside a market, with plenty of choices to pick from. My boyfriend and friend got the burger and highlighted how good it was. The size is great, and it comes with a good portion of French fries. I picked a picanha with mashed potatoes. Service was okay, pretty much self-service Food quality was good Prices are high for what you get My only complaint is the quality of the oil they use to cook the food, as they make steak in a pan not in a parrilla which end up in additional oils (and not quality ones) Overall, it is not a bad option. If you like burgers, I'd give it a try. the rest of the steaks are expensive for what you get. I'll give them a 4🌟

Great tasting burger but just felt when a place displays meat like this in front of you then your burger should be 1/2 pound paddy vs 1/3 pound. Think meat display deserves very think paddy. I got the Truffle Butter Burger and again, great taste and fries were crisp and on point.

Came to Rodeo39 to check out all the food options and they all of anything that look yummy, did not disappoint. I really liked the idea of fresh steaks being displayed and them grinding fresh meat into burgers. I tried a burger and it did not disappoint wish they just had a simple cheese burger to highlight that beautiful meat patty, the toppings stole its glory. Would recommend to others.
